Bio
Glenn directs the Centre to provide on-going training and resources that equip Christian leaders and churches to thrive. This involves developing an annual curriculum of non-formal learning options beyond Carey’s NZQA programmes, managing Baptist Registration, and developing public facing events such as ‘Carey Conversations.’
Glenn worked in sales and marketing for corporate multi-nationals before commencing pastoral ministry in the role of associate pastor and then as interim senior pastor. His doctoral studies investigated the well-being of pastoral leaders in New Zealand.
“I am privileged to have the opportunity to build relationships with Christian leaders and churches across the country, and provide resources to help them thrive. I also love working at Carey and especially enjoy the conversations and connections made through the events and hospitality that happen on campus every week.”
