Andy specialises in youth ministry and has roots in youth work. His interests focus on meaningful discipleship, faith development, and connecting generations. Andy currently serves as the Regional Youth Coach for the Lower North Island Baptist Association. This role enables him to participate in resourcing and forming ministry platforms in various church expressions.
A product of healthy youth ministry, Andy believes that our best hope for discipleship is teaching young people to use the tools of faith and providing safe places to practice applying them.
