We’d love to add your archives to the NZ Baptist national archive collection. Contact us, we’re here to help.
You can send your digital records and images. We store these on our live server, and can add selected digital items to our on-line catalogue.
We’re a small Archive, so just like with family and whanau – we need your help to pitch in and work with us on your valuable archives.

If you’re sending your archives to us, we assume you want your archives to be as usable as possible. For instance, maybe you’d like us to be able to digitise items, or for others to use your photographs in their publications.
This is why we recommend you complete the copyright section of the Donor Agreement and use Creative Commons copyright. Feel free to contact us if you’d like us to go through what this is, or you can learn more by visiting the Aotearoa New Zealand Creative Commons web page.
The picture shows examples of our archival boxes – these ones are London waxed boxes from Port Nicholson Packaging. When donating your archives, please first check out details of suitable packaging (see pages 7-14 on this link).
