Practical experience and to gain theological knowledge – the two reasons I chose to study at Carey Baptist College. Called into pastoral ministry later in life, I needed a college which taught and challenged me theologically and which allowed me the time to minister in my local community. I found that at Carey, and I also found a faculty and students who truly care for each other. I’m now doing post-graduate study through the Laidlaw-Carey Graduate School – another opportunity offered by Carey.
