The Diploma of Pastoral Leadership is aimed at those who desire to do theological and practical training in the area of pastoral leadership.
The Diploma would recognize that:
- pastoral leadership is undertaken in many different settings
- there are different types of pastoral staff within the church
- there are different ways of doing church.
A PL student would graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Theology and a Diploma in Pastoral Leadership. Registration is not received until completion of the Ministry Development Course (2-years of ministry).
The specific interests and callings of the students would be reflected in course selection, fieldwork, and supervision.
