Spiritual Leadership
To gain an understanding of the purposes, nature, models and styles of leadership, so as to develop a Christian philosophy and practice of leadership.
This purpose to be achieved through the study of and reflection upon the intersection of leadership patterns as found in the biblical models and examples, the secular business environment, contemporary church practice and life’s experiences.
Building an understanding of leadership based on Biblical, theological and spiritual convictions and relating this to ministry and mission contexts.
Prerequisite: 30 credits in Bible & Theology OR Permission of Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
