These excerpts are taken from the seminar “That Troubled Trinity: Money, Sex & Power in Christian Leadership “ conducted in Auckland, Tauranga, Dunedin and Palmerston North throughout April 2005 with Carey Baptist College and in partnership with Bethlehem Institute, Knox School of Ministry and Bible College of New Zealand (Manawatu). The sessions on this DVD were filmed at Bethlehem Institute in Tauranga, 19 April 2005.

Marva J. Dawn is a theologian, author, musician, and educator with Christians Equipped for Ministry in Washington, USA. She is also a Teaching Fellow in Spiritual Theology at Regent College in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Marva has four masters degrees and a PhD and is the author of numerous articles and more than 15 books, which include Powers, Weakness, and the Tabernacling of God, How Shall We Worship?, Reaching Out Without Dumbing Down, Keeping the Sabbath Wholly, Joy in Our Weakness, Unfettered Hope, Truly the Community, and Morning by Morning.

She has taught and ministered globally at conferences, churches and seminaries and is highly appreciated as a speaker on the topics of worship, ethics, spirituality, church, pastoral ministry and discipleship.
