Cathie, Mrs C

- bn Edinburgh d. 1931. Mrs Cathie arrived in N.Z. from Edinburgh c. 1885 with her husband Mr Charles Cathie (see separate entry). The two had grown up together in the Bristo Pl. church in Edinburgh and were married on June 14, 1877. Mrs Cathie combined the demands of raising a family of 11 children and supporting her husband with service as Deaconess at the Vivian St church; and enjoyed a wide circle of friends.
