- bn London 1858? d. Christchurch 10 October 1928. Member & Life Deacon Oxford Tce; Secretary 1883-1889, 1892-1924. Secretary Canterbury Assn 1901. A protagonist in Canterbury’s dispute with the Union in 1892, Ingold himself played no major role in national denominational affairs.
