- bn – d. - . Missioner. Maori Mission 1882-1885. Trained at Pastors' College, London. Fairbrother seems to have been ill-fitted to the task. His sometimes harsh dealings with Maori compromised his evangelistic efforts. After effective dismissal from the Mission he emigrated to the United States.
