Cadman, Thomas William

1933- . He undertook pastorates at Brooklyn 1958-62; Napier 1962-73; Wellington Central 1973-85; Flinders Street (Adelaide, Australia) and Milford 1992-97. He was a member of the Union Council (1964-1988) and of the Union Executive (1970-1988). He was Chairman of the Carey Baptist College Board, 1993-1998. Cadman had a regular column in NZ Baptist under the nom-de plume ‘Boanerges’ (1969-1977) and was its Editor 1979-1983. He chaired the N.Z. Churches Commission on Broadcasting and was a regular broadcaster on Radio N.Z.’s ‘Faith for To-day’ programme for 25 years. He served as President of the Baptist Union, 1987-1988.
