This training programme is a collaboration of Baptist Youth Ministries, Carey Baptist College and the local church and it aspires to grow leaders dedicated to the discipleship of youth.
The programme focuses on five different component areas and runs alongside an NZQA-accredited Diploma of Applied Theology (2 years full-time equivalent) which provides students with a sold theological education for youth ministry.
While some papers are necessary to fufill academic requirements, the specific interests and callings of the students would be reflected in course selection, fieldwork, and supervision.
